These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, forms, communication systems, and services operated by InsuraTec (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any InsuraTec website, application form, qualification form, or communication platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Purpose of the Services
InsuraTec provides online platforms for individuals to submit job applications, respond to qualification questions, schedule interviews, and receive updates related to recruiting and onboarding.
The Services are intended solely for individuals seeking information or consideration for roles within InsuraTec or our affiliated partners. The Services are not intended for commercial, promotional, or unrelated personal use.
2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are submitting information for legitimate application or employment-related purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Use the Services only for lawful recruiting or application purposes.
Not misuse the system or attempt to disrupt service operations.
Not submit information on behalf of another person without consent.
You further agree that you will not:
Engage in fraudulent activity.
Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Services.
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise security features.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By submitting your phone number through any InsuraTec form, you provide express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from InsuraTec that relate solely to your job application and onboarding process.
These messages may include:
Application confirmations
Status updates
Interview scheduling links
Requests for additional information
Pre-screening questions
Interview reminders
Onboarding notices
No promotional or marketing content is sent.
Message frequency varies based on your position in the hiring process.
Message and data rates may apply.
4.1 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message.
4.2 HELP Instructions
You may request assistance by replying HELP.
4.3 Message Delivery
Delivery of messages may be delayed or impacted by your carrier or network.
InsuraTec is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.4 Third-Party Communication Providers
SMS messages may be transmitted through third-party providers including, but not limited to:
Go High Level (GHL)
Twilio
Other telecommunications vendors used for message processing
These providers use data only to facilitate message delivery.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is governed by the InsuraTec Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
A link to the Privacy Policy will be made available on all relevant pages.
6. Accuracy of Information
InsuraTec is not responsible for errors in information provided by applicants.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
Providing false information may result in disqualification from hiring consideration.
7. No Employment Guarantee
Submission of an application or participation in the recruiting process does not guarantee:
Employment
Contracting opportunities
Offers of any kind
InsuraTec reserves the right to modify or discontinue the recruiting process at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, text, forms, and content on InsuraTec websites and systems are the property of InsuraTec and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuraTec is not liable for:
Errors or omissions in submitted data
Delays in message delivery
Interruption or unavailability of the Services
Data loss, unauthorized access, or technical failures
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InsuraTec and its affiliates, employees, partners, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information
11. Modifications to the Services
InsuraTec may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which InsuraTec’s primary business operations are located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
